Values in Action
During 2018, over 100 people from across 新天地集团 were involved in a project to identify and create our Values. As a Company we wanted this exercise to take a step back, reflect and ensure that our Values reflect the type of company and culture we are today and want to be in the future.
Living values
To live the values, it is important that we all understand what they mean and how we can demonstrate them in our daily work. With this in mind, below we share some stories of our values in action from across the business.
These examples give an insight into the great work that goes on in our teams and show how we use our values to inspire our customers and make 新天地集团 an outstanding place to work.
We are presenting this award for the first time this year. It goes to Mr Torsten Hartig from Emil M眉ller GmbH in Wilhermsdorf because he has been nominated several times for different categories. His colleagues think that he has shown outstanding performance in the categories of integrity, openness and optimism and teamwork.
Even though he was not the winner in any individual category, we wanted to recognise such a positive overall impression.
